Every day, there are as many as 350 women, men, and children who rely on Joy Junction, our Albuquerque homeless shelter, for food, shelter, clothing, and safety. We are a 501(c)(3) faith-based church organization that relies solely on the generosity of individuals and corporations in and around the city. We receive no city, state, or federal government funding to assist in our mission of ministering to the needs of the homeless.
We Are Available 24/7/365
Because homelessness never takes a holiday, neither does the Christian outreach ministry at Joy Junction homeless shelter. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Regardless of your sex, sexual orientation, race, color, national origin, age, or religion, you are welcome at Joy Junction.
In addition to the services we offer in our facility, we will also provide transportation for the homeless who are unable to come to us. We are more than happy to go to individuals in need of housing and transport them to the homeless shelter so they can have a safe place to sleep, as well as receive clothing and/or food to satisfy their needs.
